“I don’t have time for self-care,” are words that I’ve heard uttered over and over throughout my career. I hear it from counselors, from students, from pastors, from friends and from family. I don’t have to be the one to tell you that we live in a busy society; we thrive on doing. Even myself. I’m a do-er.
